Hiring for  Field Services  Engineer – Telecom Experience

Role: Field Maintenance Engineer

FME is a role with the purpose to lead the Network Operation, Coverage, Capacity & experience in a cluster of sites.

Experience:  1 to  4 yr

Education:  Diploma /  B.Tech /B.E. in ( Electronics/Telecommunication, Mechanical, Electrical)

Requirements

• Primary ownership of the Network Operation, Coverage, Capacity & Experience in the designated territory.
• Resolution of all type allocated WOs (field actionable) – Corrective, Planned, Preventive, Implementation & Provisioning.
• Good understanding of Field operation & maintenance activities related to RAN & Tx.
• Good understanding of the Telecom Field Networks including RAN, Optical Networks, Microwave, iWAN.
• Operational Knowledge of Multi-Vendor Access & Tx Nodes - Ericsson / Nokia / Huawei / ZTE / Ceragon etc.
• Introductory Knowledge of RF theory & critical KPIs related to Coverage, capacity & User Experience.
• Knowledge of various field tools & Hands on experience in all onsite field related soft tools & apps.
