The company operates in the healthcare and med-tech sector, focusing on the development and manufacturing of advanced respiratory and sleep-related medical devices. The company is also involved in the innovation of medical and electronics equipment, contributing to India’s growing healthcare technology ecosystem.

Deck Mount specializes in designing and producing medical devices used for diagnosing and treating respiratory conditions such as: Sleep Apnea, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), other breathing disorders. Its key product range includes: CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) Machines, APAP Machines, BiPAP Machines, Oxygen Concentrators. These products are used both in hospitals and home healthcare settings, supporting patients with respiratory needs.

Required Qualification:

ITI/Certificate/Diploma – Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical

Experience:

Fresher

Stipend (First 3 Months):

15,000/- Per Month

Salary Package (After Confirmation):

As Per Minimum Wages in Haryana Location(approx 17000)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.

Assemble Oxygen Concentrator, Bi-pap, and CPAP machines from sub-assemblies to final stage.

2.

Perform basic functional testing (power on, airflow check, leakage test, alarm check)

3.

Identify defects and inform supervisor / QC for rework.

4.

Follow SOP, WI (Work Instructions) and safety guidelines.

5.

Handle tools, jigs, fixtures and measuring instruments properly.

6.

Maintain cleanliness of workstation as per 5S.

7.

Willingness to work in extended hours during peak load and production pressure environment.

8.

Team coordination with QC and production team
