We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Product
Assistant. This role is suitable for both freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of
experience. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Electricals and
Electronics, along with a strong interest in distribution management activities. As a
Product Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting distribution management
activities, including inventory control and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand product requirements and
specifications.
2. Assist in coordinating product development activities, including research, design,
and testing.
3. Support the Product Manager in analyzing market trends and competitor
products to identify opportunities and threats.
4. Help maintain product documentation and specifications.
5. Assist in managing product inventory levels and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
6. Provide support in resolving customer inquiries and issues related to product
functionality.
7. Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product
improvements.
8. Support the Product Manager in preparing reports and presentations for senior
management.

Qualifications:
1. Diploma in Electricals and Electronics or related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

7. Prior experience in distribution management or related field is a plus, but not
mandatory.
8. Male candidates are preferred for this position due to specific workplace
requirements
