Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-friendly Home Appliance Technician/Service Engineer to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain home appliances at customer premises. The candidate should be comfortable traveling daily for field visits and delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations for installation, repair, and maintenance services

• Diagnose faults and perform repairs for appliances such as ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, chimneys, RO systems, etc.

• Explain service details and basic usage guidance to customers

• Maintain service quality and follow company SOPs and safety standards

• Update service reports, job status, and customer feedback in the company app

• Handle tools and spare parts responsibly

• Maintain professional behavior, grooming, and hygiene during customer visits\
