We Amara Raja Group of Companies under CSR activity started Amara Raja Skill Development Centre at Petamitta location in Chittoor district. ARSDC is registered under NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) and conducts selection for a batch for every 03 months and take them as a trainee under ARSDC for 24 months

•               Rs. 9933 to Rs. 10133 during 21 months OJT training for Inter Pass trainees

• Job Description– Candidate will be trained on Machinery available on the shop floor under the supervision of senior operators,
• 1st 03 months they will be at ARSDC for initial training during this period trainee is eligible for Rs 7500 stipend and Free Accommodation and Food
• During the next 09 months of training, the trainee will be sent for OJT (On Job Training) at Amara Raja Group with a stipend of Rs 9733 & 9933 and subsidized food and accommodation.
• During the last 12 months of training, they will be sent for Advanced OJT at Amara Raja group with a stipend of Rs 9933 & 10133 with subsidized food and accommodation. After successful completion of training, they will be given the opportunity at Amara Raja Group with starting salary of Rs. 15000/- Gross CTC...
