Greenway Grameen Infra is a social enterprise dedicated to improving the quality of life for rural households. Our flagship products are Greenway stoves and we are a vertically integrated player with our own manufacturing and distribution. We are the largest player working in the Indian market and one of the largest stove distributors in the world. Founded in 2011 by IIMA and FMS Graduates, we have grown from a team of three to over four hundred, distributing over 3 million stoves till date. We are looking at an addition to our team with expertise in power electronics, mixed signal analysis, and related fields to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The team you are about to join is a mission driven organisation and projects would be directly mentored by IIT Bombay graduates.

Job Title: R&D Engineer - Electronics/Electrical

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India

Job Type: Full-time

What is primarily needed: Freshers with a passion for research in Electronics/ Electrical

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and Development:
   • Collaborate with senior engineers to contribute to ongoing R&D projects in power electronics.
   • Learn tools like MPLAB, Code Studio, Altium, Eagle etc
   • Work on innovative solutions and technologies related to the company's focus area.
   • Learn and apply new concepts in electronics to drive continuous improvement.
2. Prototyping and Testing:
   • Assist in the prototyping of electronic circuits and systems.
   • Conduct testing and experiments to validate and improve electronic designs.
   • Document and report findings to contribute to the development process.
3. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
   • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to the R&D process.
   • Engage in knowledge-sharing activities with team members.
4. Learning and Development:
   • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in electronics and electrical engineering.
   • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in research methodologies.
   • Actively seek opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Passion for research and a genuine interest in power electronic systems and technologies.
• Strong academic background with a focus on electronics or electrical engineering.
• Basic understanding of electronic circuits and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Skills:

• Most importantly eagerness to learn new things and adapt to new challenges.
• Enthusiastic about contributing to research initiatives.
• Basic proficiency in relevant software tools for circuit design and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
