Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesman to join our Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling site visits, overseeing the installation process, addressing customer grievances, generating leads, and contributing to the overall success of our sales department.

Job Description: Sales Engineer/ Executive

 

Location: Candidate should be based at Gurgaon/Delhi/NCR

 

Experience: 0-4 Years

 

Report to: Director

 

Education Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, installation processes, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Conduct site visits to assess customers' solar energy needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  2. Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
  3. Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns or grievances they may have.
  4. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
  5. Follow up with potential customers to close sales and achieve sales targets.
  6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
