Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Responsible to service call within timeframe.
• Responsible to attend the service call assigned on site.
• To response back to customer regarding the status of query raised
• To minimize the time required on any machinery with effective results
• To prepare and submit the service report along with customer feedback to Reporting Manager
• To take care of routine checkup of functioning of Machineries at client
• Responsible for making entry in SAP and creating and maintaining of MIS report
