The candidates joins as Operator trainee under AR Group shall get trained under the supervision of Senior operator and suprevisors with more concentration and the trainee shall assist the senior operator during his respective shift. The candidates are eligible for a basic stipend of Rs. 10464.00 to Rs. 10646.00 per month and other allowances like Attendance allowance of Rs. 250*, Night shift allowance of Rs. 210* and Special work allowance of Rs, 350/- to 400/- per month based on the work criticality. The Candidates selected for the Operator trainee will be under traineeship for 18 to 24 months based on their qualification and they will be made as regular employee with a gross CTC of Rs, 16280/-* Per month after successful completion of Training period.
