We Amara Raja Group of Companies under CSR activity started Amara Raja Skill Development Centre at Petamitta location in chittoor district. ARSDC is registered under NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) and conduct selection for a batch for every 03 months and take them as trainee under ARSDC for 24 months and the detailed duration break up is as follows.

1st 03 months they will be at ARSDC for initial training during this period trainee is eiligible for Rs 7500 stipend and Free Accommodation and Food

During next 09 months of training trainee will be sent for OJT (On Job Training) at Amara Raja Group with stipend of Rs 9733 & 9933 and subsidized food and accommodation

During last 12 months of training they will be sent for Advanced OJT at Amara Raja group with stipend of Rs 9933 & 10133 with subsidized food and accommidation. After successfull completion of trianing they will be given oppertunity at Amara Raja Group with starting salary of Rs. 15000/- Gross CTC...
