Candidate will be recruited as a trainee for a period of 18 (ITI & Intermediate pass) to 24 (SSC pass) months. After successful completion of training, he will be absorbed on the permanent rolls of the company with a Annaul CTC of 1.70 Lakhs. On absorbing into the regular rolls, he wil be eligible for Provident Fund, Group Superannuation Scheme, Group Gratuity Scheme, Benevolent Fund, Bonus. Yearly increments will be given based on the performance of the individual.
