Job Description

  • Responsible for resolving customer queries
  • Handle customer escalations appropriately.
  • Troubleshooting over phone
  • Punching the calls in software
  • Need to attend office daily as per defined roster (one day off in a week)
  • Must be having excellent communication skills in English

Duration – For 2 months (till Nov’20)

Due to the current COVID situation,  given details/documents are mandatory for reporting to office:

  • Arogya Setu (reflecting as safe)
  • Mask
  • Sanitizer
  • RT-PCR (Covid-19) negative report (only from Delhi/NCR locations)
