Job Description
- Responsible for resolving customer queries
- Handle customer escalations appropriately.
- Troubleshooting over phone
- Punching the calls in software
- Need to attend office daily as per defined roster (one day off in a week)
- Must be having excellent communication skills in English
Duration – For 2 months (till Nov’20)
Due to the current COVID situation, given details/documents are mandatory for reporting to office:
- Arogya Setu (reflecting as safe)
- Mask
- Sanitizer
- RT-PCR (Covid-19) negative report (only from Delhi/NCR locations)
