Key Responsibilities
1. Migration of free trial customers to paid customers through outbound calls
2. Liaison with customer for upselling and cross selling
3. Handle inbound customer queries and explain about the product and offer information
4. Manage and resolve customer complaints
5. Enter new customer information into the system and update existing customer information
6. Identify and escalate priority issues
7.Follow communication procedures, guidelines and document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Education : 10+2/Non technical Graduate
Please note: age criteria is below 28 years and CTC Range is 8500/Per month
Candidate should have 0.6 to 1 years of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing
It’s an on roll job with 1 years FTC(Fix team contract )
