We are writing to request an appointment at your office to present our proposal for Skill Samagam 2025—a flagship skill development and employment conclave  initiative of UPSDM scheduled from 15th to 17th July 2025, at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Organized by BCS Consulting Pvt. Ltd., this three-day initiative is envisioned as a convergence platform to promote large-scale job creation, skill mobilization, and active collaboration among stakeholders within the skilling ecosystem.

Overview of Skill Samagam 2025:

Under the vision of “Skill India, Empowered India”, the event will bring together representatives from the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), State Skill Development Missions, Sector Skill Councils, NSDC, employers, academic institutions, and training providers.

• Mobilization of over 1,00,000 candidates from across the country through national outreach campaigns.
• 30,000+ verified job postings across high-demand sectors in collaboration with top employers, MSMEs, and startups.
• 20,000+ walk-in interviews held on-site, enabling real-time recruitment.
• 10,000+ on-the-spot offer letters to deserving candidates based on employer evaluation.
• Thematic sessions, panel discussions, and workshops & exhibition focusing on skill policy, future skills, youth engagement, apprenticeship, and women’s workforce participation.
• Dedicated pavilions showcasing innovation in training, digital skilling, and entrepreneurship promotion.
