Qualification Required: Diploma/ITI ( Electrical, Electronic) (Candidates Passout in 2017, 2018, 2019)

Age Criteria: 19 years to 24 years 

Job Location: Narsapura, Kolar and Peenya, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Salary: More than the minimum wage.

Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge about the electronics/ electrical components.

2. Ability to work as an individual as well as team

3. Good learner & adopting nature.

4. 100% physically fit and energetic.

5. Preference will be given to Karnataka based candidates

Screening Process:

1. First-round will be done by ESSCI

2. Second round face to face will be done by (Wistron HR team)

3. Skill training & assessment

Joining as per below:

1. 25% contract manpower (on 3rd party payroll);

2. 55% FTW manpower (to be hired to service provider role as per regulation);

3. 10% on rolls directly with Wistron (best candidates with the best education and experience);

4. 10% NAPS apprentices on 2 year fixed period.
